1.How long does a quotation take?
In most cases, we respond within 1 working day after receiving the query, and quote within3 working days. If the quote is delayed, the notification will send you as soon as possible.
2.Can I use my own material for production?
Yes, customer-supplied material is fine so long as it fits with our machine capabilities.
3.How do I know my design will be kept confidential?
We of course will sign and adhere to any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement. We also have a strict policy within our factory that no photographs are ever allowed of a customer’s product without express permission. Ultimately we rely on our reputation of working with hundreds of thousands of unique designs over many years and never allowing any proprietary information to be disclosed to a third party.
4.Who will own the design of the product?
H&W never takes ownership of any design file or IP. We only hold the files we have generated during the project until the last payment has been processed, after which all files will be released to you.
5.How do you protect my product design from being copied by manufacturers?
We have implemented some strategic and solid workflows and prevention methods to make sure that no leak will come from our side or the partners we work with.
6.Can you do patents?
We are not a patent agency, while definitely we’d be glad to help you get ready for a patent application and perform a patent search if required.
